Housing markets and strategies (urban economics) (Eindhoven)

This 8 weeks master course teaches urban economics models and main econometric techniques used to test them. Some 30 articles from top general interest and field journals are studied in the course.

Housing portfolio management (Eindhoven)

This 16 weeks master course teaches long term (financial) planning for a real estate manager.

Cost-benefit analysis: principles and examples (guest lecture)

This guest lecture I give a couple of times per year to civil servants and master students in economics to introduce them to the practice of the cost-benefit analysis.

Cases in policy evaluation (Rotterdam)

This 8 weeks master course teaches quantitative methods for ex ante and ex post policy evaluation. I give the part that has to do with cost-benefit analysis.
